Designed to complement the MPU 750 and TMU 1000 track maintenance
vehicles, the MPU 1200 combined drain clearance and vacuum recovery
vehicle brings considerable enhanced features.
The key enhancements include a higher performance high-pressure
pump to cater for even the largest drains and structures, 5500
litre clean and 6800 litre debris tanks, a more powerful vacuum
extraction system and the ability to operate on regions employing
a third rail.
The easily positioned road/rail transfer and travelling system,ensures
rapid deployment and eliminates the site accessibility problems
associated with conventional road going drain clearance equipment.
