High-Pressure Plunger Pump

  Type 1000 ARP®



General Aspects

Suitable for pumping water containing grained and fibrous solids of different size and geometrical shape

For coarse impurities, the application ofa filter in the supply line is required


Pump Gear

Proven pump gear with forced lubrication and integrated reduction gear, alternative gear ratio available.


Pump Head

Pump head with flow optimized valve arrangement

Large valves with low flow resistance

Erosion and cavitation resistant materials within the valve area

Optimized valve kinematics giving minimum pressure fluctuation

High service life of all pump head components, also for water with impurities

Easy maintenance due to simple assembly and good access


Additional Equipment

Manually or pneumatically operated pressure regulation valve

Pneumatically operated 2/2-way and 3/2-way, respectively, switch valve


The Technique

All parts attacked by accelerated wear are very easy of access and can simply be removed and reinstalled

The suction and pressure pipes which are difficult of access do not need to be released

A reliable sealing even at abrasive attack is due to the elastic behavior of the inserts on the needle valve taps

The valve seats made from corrosion resistant steel consist of two precisely manufactured seat surfaces which can be used twice by tilting

The working areas of the cylinders can be evacuated under depressurized conditions due to lifting the valve lifter


Permissible Limits

Temperature: max. 45°C

Solid concentrations: 1,5 to 3 % (Mass percent, depends on the grain size)

Grain size: 50 to 350 µm
